What To Expect
The first step to determining the best next steps forward is to bring the jewelry in for us to take a look at. Once you’ve arrived, we’ll ask some questions about what kind of repairs you are looking for with your jewelry.
With your permission, we’ll take the jewelry and use a microscope along with other tools to take a very close look at the piece, helping to identify the extent of the repairs required to bring the piece back to pristine quality.
Once we’ve determined a timeline and a budget, we’ll get to work rebuilding your piece to breathe new life into your collection. We’ll keep in touch with our progress and have you come in to look at the finished product to ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
