Thomas and Kasia are the husband-and-wife team at the helm of Thomas James and Bechtold Jewelry, the oldest jewelry store in Sioux Falls and South Dakota, with roots tracing back to 1902 with the Bechtold family. Thomas himself comes from a family with a long history in the jewelry industry, having learned the trade from his father at F&H Private Jewelers, established in 1950, eventually becoming a master jeweler. In 2017, Thomas joined the retail side at Bechtold Jewelry, adding his name to honor the legacy while maintaining its family-friendly atmosphere. Kasia, originally from Poland, brings her own unique touch by sourcing exclusive items from Polish artisans. Together, as a family, Thomas and Kasia continue the tradition of offering quality jewelry services and unique products, operating their business with their shared values as Traditional Catholic Christians.
